Days available for visiting parties:
Weekdays: Monday to Friday
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday subject to availability.

Numbers: The Maximum number for a party is 48 (Monday to Friday) and 24 at Weekends, unless as agreed with the Club Administrator.

Balbirnie Park Golf Club has a number of buggies that are available for hire from the Professional Shop but must be booked in advance.

Discounts are available for larger groups that include catering.

Deposit: £10 golf and £3 catering (£13 in total) per player on confirmation of booking.

Cancellation: Should your outing be cancelled by you, the deposit may not be transferred to the following year and will not be returned. If your outing is cancelled because of closure of the course due to adverse weather conditions, every effort will be made to find an alternative date. If this is not possible, your deposit will be refunded. If the number in your party on the day of play is less than the confirmed number on the booking form those deposits will be forfeited.

Company Advertising: Company signage may be placed at the club entrance and on the 1st tee. Promotional products e.g. cars may be placed on the grassy bank in front of the clubhouse by prior arrangement and subject to ground conditions being suitable.
